i have made some yearly goals such as projects to accomplish in 2012, and moving more, eating well which give me assignments to complete every month and keep me on track, and encourage me to move more. i have also chosen one little word: nourish to focus on for this year. january was an awesome month for me personally. i accomplished alot towards all of these goals, ideas (like the 52photos, and hello mondays) that are weekly goals but i like the idea of setting some simple monthly goals that i want to concentrate on (in addition to my other challenges. so each month now i'm going to select some goals (they may wrap into other projects, challenges, assignments, etc.) to focus on for the month.
for instance: i am choosing to eat a piece of fruit everyday. this also will tie in with moving more, eating well - that's ok; and necessary. my life seems to be wrapped up in moving more, eating better, nourishing my body, mind, relationships (jeff and i have been on two dates already this year), our small group is growing that i can't help but choose to do things that may overlap. that is ok.
it will be interesting to see how i do.
