i jumped on may's assignment for my move more eat well class with new vigor, a fresh outlook, and hope for what may will bring in the way of moving more and eating well. i even began the first day of the month with a two mile walk. it is the first month (really) that i've walked the first day of the month. may's assignment was to renew my commitment. perfect timing! since i had already done some business with God i was more than ready for the may assignment. it didn't matter that i had gained a couple pounds back ( i weighed in after my weekend away in which we were loved in part with food); or that i'd only lost a total of 3/4 inch (off hip and thigh).
i did however, give this class, my moving more and eating well, over to God.
i didn't include a picture in this assignment because it ended up being the same picture i used for my april assignment. i did however use a great quote and an awesome bible verse.
