Simple snack of goodness.
3 corn tacos
Enough oil for 1/2 inch in small skillet
Sugar
Cinnamon
Honey
Heat the oil. Cut the tacos in fourths. Using tongs, add the tacos to the hot oil and cook (in batches) on both sides until lightly browned. Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on both sides. Serve on a plate with honey.
