At the beginning of every month I create an I choose... list of things I want to accomplish for the month. They are semi-short term goals. I don't always fulfill those goals. Sometimes I do ok. Other months, I do absolutely horrible with those goals.
Life sets in.
For March, on of my goals was to create (or begin) a coffee table book of clouds and my meteorology story. The two stories are intertwined. It's a mini-memoir really. I did not complete my coffee table book. I still have more stories to tell and more photos of clouds to share in my book.
But, I did get 10 pages done.
Jeff actually took the above photo. One of the super awesome photos of the moon and altocumulus clouds in a series of shots he took one night quite awhile ago. He'll get credit in my book of course.
I have a bunch of photos of altocumulus, but this photo of a chaotic sky of early morning stratus, stratocumulus, cumulus, and altocumulus with the suns rays burting through is awesome. I'm thankful for my early morning shifts out at the airport because I've been able to catch some amazing sunrises - if I have my camera with me.
I have three more duty stations, twenty+ years to cover still in my 'mini' memoir. I'm lovin' this project tremendously.
