We ate good last night for dinner! We put together this smokey, vinegar-ey marinade for a couple steaks we purchased the other day, smaller steaks than we are used to - trying to eat lighter...and roasted some green beans with mushrooms with a balsamic-olive oil toss, and Caesar Salad. Yum!
This Smoked Paprika and Balsamic Steak marinade infused tons of flavor into the meat. Really simple to put together with just a bit of planning ahead to allow the marinade to - well - marinade into the steaks. We will definitely be eating this again.
