From bronchitis, to infections, to pulled muscles, and to a scrap room that is cluttered and impossible to even move in let alone scrap in, I have been remiss in getting it done, scrapping all the stories. I still have to tackle December Daily 2019, which is a traditional scrapbooking project, but I didn't want another day to go by without telling some stories.
I originally started putting this 12 x 12 digital page together using a template that I recently purchased on sale and downloaded but when I began manipulating the elements onto the page the result looks absolutely nothing like the template - and that makes me happy. It makes me smile because it means it is all my own design.
Three separate stories around one singular play. LEGOs! They are the most amazing invention, ever, for kids and I am ecstatic that all through of my grandson's (by Ashley) are interested in and playing with LEGOs. Wyatt is the most energetic and vigorous LEGO builder of the three, but Samuel comes into a close second as he is figuring out how to play by himself and doesn't need a playmate. Ian, almost always plays by himself, but he's most interested in the Architecture series by LEGO and he needs a bit of help putting it together. The Architecture series is the closest to historical and anything involving history is Ian's jam.
For this page, as I said it is 12 x 12, I used the digital story kits by Ali Edwards: Celebrate, Build, Fun, and Play. I think my favorite part of scrapping digitally is that I can re-color, re-size, re-use, and modify digital elements.
